SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Principles

All industrial products are shipped after full payment is received.
We will select the most efficient shipping origin based on product type, inventory status, and logistics conditions.

Shipping Origin Priority

We will prioritize shipping directly from the product’s country of origin to ensure the fastest delivery and optimal logistics efficiency.

In certain circumstances, shipments may be arranged from our consolidated warehouses, including but not limited to:

• Temporary stock shortages at origin

• Requirement for consolidation or special handling

• Urgent shipment requests

• Shipments requiring specific logistics channels

Our consolidated warehouses are located in:

• Hong Kong Warehouse

• Shenzhen Warehouse

Processing Time

Under normal conditions, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Special items or bulk/customized orders may require additional handling time, and we will notify you in advance.

Shipping Methods

We will select the most suitable shipping method depending on the product and destination, including:

• International express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / SF, etc.)

• Air freight / sea freight

• Domestic logistics (where applicable)

The shipping method and tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Liability

Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
We will assist in tracking and communication, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
