Return Conditions (Quality Issues Only)
We only accept returns or exchanges for quality-related issues, such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong model, specification, or quantity compared to the order

  • Significant damage caused during transportation (photo or video proof required)

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Return Process

  2. After verification, we will provide return instructions

  3. Customer ships the product back as instructed

  4. Once inspected and confirmed, we will arrange refund or replacement
